After the 4-1 win in the opening Group A game of the Asian Cup against Thailand, team India is all set to lock horns with the host team UAE on 10th January (Thursday) at ZCS Stadium, Abu Dhabi. India is leading the point table for Group A by winning the opening match, while the team of United Arab Emirates had played a draw in the first game against Bahrain.

FIFA Rankings clearly shows gap between the two teams. UAE is ranked 79th and India at 97th place means, the task for Sunil Chettri led India will not be easy. The Indian Tigers have failed to win against The Whites (Al-Abyad) in their last five attempts. They have faced each other once previously in the Asian Cup, in 1984 when the UAE won 2-0.
