ZIM vs PAK 2nd T20: Babar Azam’s Pakistan left shellshocked, Zimbabwe beat them by 19 runs in 2nd T20 – Some excellent bowling performance helped Zimbabwe stun a star-studded Pakistan side, winning the match by 19 runs, defending only 118. Asked to bat first by Pakistan captain Babar Azam, Zimbabwe could only post 118 in 20 overs. But on a slow Harare track, Pakistan too struggled at the Harare Sports Club in the second T20I against on Friday. Apart from Azam’s 41, no one could put up a good score as Zimbabwe levelled the series 1-1.

Not much later, Arshad Iqbal removed Marumani for 13 as the hosts lost two early wickets before 50. Apart from Tinashe Kamunhukamwe, no one could put up a fight as Pakistan bowlers kept chipping away wickets at regular intervals. In the end, Zimbabwe set only a 119-run target for Babar Azam’s Pakistan.

ZIM vs PAK 2nd T20: On a slow, two-paced Harare wicket, Zimbabwe batsmen struggled to put together a good innings. Pakistan bowlers kept chipping away wickets at regular intervals. Apart from Tinashe Kamunhukamwe’s 34, none could put up a fight as Zimbabwe could only post 118/9 in 20 overs with all Pakistani bowlers bagging a wicket apiece. Mohammad Hasnani and Danish Aziz returned with two wickets each.

After losing Mohammad Rizwan early, Pakistan lost the man in form, Fakhar Zaman with Babar Azam left to anchor the innings. However, Zimbabwe bowlers kept striking back with wickets with Azam also leaving on 41. In the end, Danish Aziz scored a fighting 22 but it was not enough as Pakistan were bowled out for 99, losing the match by 19 runs. The win also helped Zimbabwe level the T20 series 1-1.
