All the top five channels for the week, retaining their respective positions, have made significant gain in gross impressions. The last three ODIs of the India West Indies series have been the deciding factor for Star Sports 1 Hindi and DD Sports, for Sony Ten 1 the gains are from its dedicated WWE audience. There is a massive 65% surge over the previous week for Sony Ten 1. Star Sports First gain is an indicator of increased acceptance for kabaddi.
The top five shows for the week are live Hindi broadcast of the third, fourth and fifth ODI between India and the West Indies. The third ODI has been the most-watched match on Star Sports 1 Hindi (7,924,000) and DD Sports (5,976,000) with 139,000,000 consolidated impressions.
The next week holds more promise for cricket and Star Sports cluster as the period between November 3 and 9.
