BCCI announces three-member panel to run JKCA: Report- The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has appointed a three-member panel local committee at Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association.

The committee comprises former Jammu & Kashmir captain Mithun Manhas, Sunil Sethi- a Jammu-based advocate who is a BJP spokesperson and Brigadier Anil Gupta who is also a BJP spokesperson, reported the Times of India.

“The committee will look after the affairs and report to BCCI,” a souce told the website.
Earlier in April, The Jammu and Kashmir High Court had directed the BCCI to look into the cricketing affairs of JKCA. The Board had set up a committee comprising Vice President Rajeev Shukla and treasurer Arun Dhumal to temporarily look into the affairs of JKCA till the elections.

The report added that entire support staff including former India allrounder Irfan Pathan were yet to receive its renumeration for the 2019-20 domestic season.
