The Board of Control for Cricket in India has floated the request for proposal (RFP) document for audio visual production of the matches in the Indian Premier League and the Indian domestic cricket games under the BCCI.

“The successful Interested Party will be appointed to provide certain services relating to the live production of all matches for IPL Season 2018 and Domestic Cricket Season 2018-19 during the period commencing from the date of execution of the services agreement till 31st March 2019,” a BCCI report has stated.

The details of the services agreement are scheduled in the RFP, which the interested parties may procure from the BCCI.

The service agreement and the contract term will cover one season of the IPL (2018) and one Season of Domestic Cricket (2018-2019).

The BCCI, however, has reserved the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the term for one more Season of IPL (2019) and one more Season of Domestic Cricket (2019-2020) and at its discretion further extend the term to include IPL Season 2020, as more particularly provided for in the Services Agreement.

The terms and conditions governing the submission and evaluation of proposals including eligibility requirements with respect to production services are detailed in the RFP.

Interested Parties may write to the BCCI by email addressed to Chief Executive Officer, BCCI, to rfp@bcci.tv attaching a signed letter on official letterhead requesting a copy. The RFP document is out since January 26 and can be procured latest by 5 pm on February 10.

A soft copy of the RFP document is being provided to the interested parties via email.
