Bengal Warriors, powered by Future Group and co-owned by Akshay Kumar, have roped in rooter as their official fan engagement partner. The App-based platform will provide unique audience engagement opportunities and grow the fan base of Bengal Warriors.

Rooter, India’s first and only real-time engagement platform for like-minded sports fans spread all across the globe will be adding to the excitement and fan frenzy during the Bengal Warriors games in the Pro Kabaddi League. The maverick team comprises some of the most formidable talent in the league with names such as Surjeet Singh, Ran Singh and Rahul in defense and Deepak Narwal, Maninder Singh and poster-boy Jang Kun Lee as its star raiders.

Over the last five years, the PKL has been a boon to rekindle the waning popularity of kabaddi. Combining the raw power of the game with the nuances of technology, Rooter will share all the key data, stats and insights with the Bengal Warriors fans. Through its live match prediction feature, Rooter hopes to add to the excitement quotient of the action manifold, apart from bombarding Bengal Warriors fans with all the detailed numbers on their favorite players and expert analysis on the team’s performance.

Bengal Warriors’ have so far registered more than five lakh predictions on the app during their matches. Out of which 56% users made more than 4 predictions, mostly from the regions of West Bengal, Telangana, Delhi, Maharashtra and Karnataka. A total of 1,24, 874 quiz questions; 6,21,546 predictions and 28,972 conversations were made on Rooter during Bengal Warrior’s matches.
