The top two teams from the CPL 2019 round robin phase make it a fitting finale. The Amazon Warriors have won all their three matches against the Tridents in the CPL 2019 this year, including a 30-run win over Barbados in the Qualifier 1.

On a winning spree, all-conquering Guyana Amazon Warriors will be keen to make amends to their fault in the last hurdle a year ago. They have emerged as the most balanced team of the competition this year.

Seasoned Imran Tahir (15 wkts), CJ Green (13), R Shepherd (12) and KMA Paul (10) are the most lethal weapons in the Guyana Amazon Warriors bowling line-up. Tournament’s highest run-getter BA King (453 runs), Shoaib Malik (313) and C Hemraj (298) make the Warriors a formidable batting line-up and an unbeatable combine. They will have to guard against complacency and be ready to defy the law of averages.

On way to the final, the Warriors have won all their 11 matches, defeating the Tridents on three occasions and every other team twice. Tridents will have to raise their game several notches to ensure a result that no team has been able to do this CPL 2019.

The match will start at 2.30 am India time tonight (Saturday-Sunday). Catch all the action LIVE on Star Sports 1 and Star Sports 1 HD. The action will also be simulcast on Hotstar VIP.
