CPL 2021: Big announcement expected – Andy Flower, Shimron Hetmyer and Daniel Vettori to reveal the team strategies

  • Imran Jan, the new head coach of Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) has replaced Brendon McCullum who is unavailable.

The ninth edition of the Caribbean Premier League will get underway from August 26 with defending champions Trinbago Knight Riders taking on Guyana Amazon Warriors in the tournament opener. The T20 tournament will conclude by September 15, just ahead of IPL 2021 which starts from September 19.

Trinbago Knight Riders head coach, Imran Jan, who replaced Brendon McCullum will be addressing the media.

Jamaica Tallawaha head coach Floyd Reifer will also be interacting along with Simon Helmot, who is the head coach of St Kitta and Nevin Patriots.

Andy Flower, Saint Lucia Kings head coach will also be throwing light on his team’s preparations while star West Indies cricketer Shimron Hetmyer will speak about Guyana Amazon Warriors preparations.

 

Former New Zealand skipper and head coach of Barbados Royals will also be announcing how his team has been preparing for the mega event.
