DSport has acquired Coupe de France 2019 broadcast rights for India.
One of the most exciting football knockout competitions in the world ‘Coupe de France’ Round of 32 will kick-start from January 5. DSPORT, a Premium Sports channel of Discovery Communication will bring the live action of this prestigious league for viewers in India. The winner of ‘Coupe de France’ will get a direct qualification for the group stage of UEFA Europa League.
Top French football clubs like Paris Saint Germain (PSG), Olympique de Marseille, AC Monaco FC, Olympique Lyonnais, Red Star FC, Football Club des Girondins de Bordeaux will battle it out to reserve a spot in the UEFA Europa League.
A strong line up of marquee footballers like Neymar Jr, Kylian Mbappé, Edinson Cavani, Angel Di Maria, Mario Balotelli, Luiz Gustavo, Radamel Falcao and Malcom will be a part of this four month long journey.
The 12-time league champions Paris Saint Germain went unblemished through the opening 12 matches at League 1 making them the record holders of the ‘Best-ever start for a team in the top-five European leagues’. Kylian Mbappé is the youngest player ever to score 40 goals, something that hasn’t been accomplished in the past 45 years in League 1.
