After play was called off early on Day 1 due to rain and bad light, Pakistan reached to 126/5 at Stumps. Fawad Alam’s return to Test cricket after over 10 years was short as his stay ended for after only three balls. He got trapped from a beamer from Chris Woakes. Joe Root took a good review and Fawad Alam had to return for a duck. Earlier, Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat.
