FAUG launch date in India is just a few days away and the much-awaited game from nCore Games is all set to step in the Indian gaming world. FAUG, Fearless And United Guards is based on the Galwan Valley face-off– one of the deadliest clash between China and India in the past four decades.
FAUG gameplay is expected to include missions and episodes that will progress through the story initially. FAUG game download APK is not available, and the game will only be available once it launches. However, one can pre-register for FAUG as the FAUG pre-registration link is out. It is also crucial to know that the game has garnered over four million pre-registrations so far.

FAUG launch date in India
The FAUG launch is scheduled for January 26th, 72nd Republic Day of the country. Bengaluru-based publisher nCore Games is going to launch the game. However, they are running a little behind from the initially set November deadline. Now, that the game is about to release, users will be able to download it.
In an interview with IGN India, Vishal Gondal, co-founder and chairman of nCore Games, said, “This is with not allowing some of the low-end devices to register.”
“I will say that we will cross five million at least. But at five million, I don’t think so any other game, at least in India, has got that kind of pre-registrations,” he added.
FAUG for iPhone users
The developers have released no information about whether FAUG will be available for iPhone users upon launch or not. There is a possibility that the game would be only for Android users at first and could later be made available for iOS devices.
FAUG gameplay
FAU-G gameplay will be very different from PUBG. FAUG is not a Battle Royale gameplay mode, at least when it gets launched. FAUG will be a mission-centric close combat skill and melee action-based game, as it progresses through the story.
About the Season
The opening season of the game is set at Line of Actual Control, (LAC) where the Indian soldiers take one the PLA troops. In the opening scene of the trailer, the soldiers can be heard talking in Punjabi, hinting that there would be an incorporation of vernacular languages.
The description in the game’s Play Store listing description states, “High up on the peaks at India’s northern border, an elite fighting group projects the nation pride and sovereignty. It is a daunting task, for the most courageous. The fearless and United Guards. Join a special unit of FAUG commandos on patrol in dangerous border territory. Come face to face with the Indian enemies as you engage with hostile invaders on Indian soil”.
