Gold’s Gym India has become a Wellness Partner for a movement – Tread4Change launched at the Maharashtra Police International Marathon (MPIM) 2020.
Tread4Change encourages individuals to cover distances on treadmills. These kilometers will be generating funds, through companies and individuals contributing towards projects of NGOs working with the Maharashtra Police in the areas of legal aid, human rights, trafficking, rehabilitation, victim support, prisoners’ families support and vocational training.
As the movement resonated with Gold’s Gym’s vision of fit India, they associated with Tread4Change. This would enable anyone to visit any Gold’s Gym’s 35 branches across Maharashtra and cover distances to supports the cause.
Gold’s Gym has designated two treadmills in every outlet exclusively for the purpose. The kilometres by each individual will be noted and for every kilometre a minimum donation of Rs 100 will be made to India Cares Foundation.

Marathons have changed mind-set of Indian customers, more and more Indians are adapting running as their lifestyle”.

At the MPIM, an expo has been organised from February 6 to 8, 2020, at Jio Convention Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex. At the expo, Gold’s Gym will be proving five treadmills to create awareness and motivate people to join the movement.
The MPIM is an unprecedented initiative by the police department that aims to embody ‘unity, safety & security’, to develop trust and unity between police and society.
The Maharashtra Police has also associated with India Cares Foundation as Philanthropy Partner. In a bid to involve more people, they have initiated Tread4Change, which will go on through Race Day, on 9th February.
