Real Kashmir FC (RKFC) would aim to remain in the race for the I-League runners-up spot with a win as they host TRAU FC in Srinagar today (Saturday).
The match will be played under closed doors at Synthetic Turf TRC Ground Srinagar in the wake of the deadly coronavirus.
RKFC are in the fourth spot with 22 points from 15 matches, a point behind second and third-placed East Bengal and Minerva Punjab respectively.
TRAU are fifth having 22 points similar to RKFC but have played two games more.
Kashmir were beaten 0-1 in their last match against East Bengal at their TRC Ground, denting their hopes of a second-place finish behind champions Mohun Bagan.
TRAU beat Indian Arrows 1-0 in their last game. A win on Saturday would put RKFC in the second spot.
But they would be without the services of key players Danish Farooq, Robin Singh, Kallum Higginbotham, all of whom are suspended for the match after picking up bookings in their ill-tempered clash against East Bengal.
RKFC has filed a complaint with the All India Football Federation (AIFF) against the referee who officiated the East Bengal match, alleging bias against them.
The match saw three red and several yellow cards being brandished by the referee. Farooq and Higginbotham were sent off while Edmund Lalrindika was given the marching orders for East Bengal.
The club produced video instances to the AIFF to support their claims.
The match is scheduled for a 12:30 pm kick-off and will be broadcast LIVE on 1Sports and the 1Sports official Facebook Page. Online streaming is also available on the Fancode app and website.
