International Cricket Council has invited interests for PR, marketing and media planning mandate for the 2019 World Cup.
The ICC, ECB and Cricket World Cup 2019 Limited are looking for interested and qualified respondents to submit proposals for the right to provide creative marketing and PR services and media buying and planning services for the Cricket World Cup 2019, read the communiqué on the ICC official website.
“The media buying agency will be expected to develop and deliver an advertising strategy and plan targeted at key audiences based on insight to drive national awareness and engagement in the event. The creative agency will be expected to develop and deliver a creative campaign to deliver the required level of fan engagement for the tournament,” ICC released a statement.
The interested parties are advised to furnish a non-disclosure undertaking on the format prescribed by the ICC. The ICC has shared the NDA draft with the communiqué.
“In order for us to provide you with the full Invitation to Tender and supporting documentation, we require you to sign and return the attached NDA,” read the communiqué.
The interests for the ITT may be submitted via email latest by 5pm, Dubai Time, on November 23, 2017. The ICC in the next three weeks will send the ITT to the parties who qualify to make a bid for the desired services.
The 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup will be hosted by England and Wales for the first time in 20 years. The tournament has set itself ambitious goals and aims to be the greatest cricket celebration ever held.
