ICC Player of the Month: ICC on Monday came up with a special post for a dog that has gone viral on the Internet. It achieved attention after a video of him showed interrupt fielding during a cricket match featuring Ireland women’s cricket. ICC shared the video with the caption, “Exceptional athleticism in the field,” adding, “We have an additional Player of the Month winner this time- ICC Dog of the Month.”

The dog was seen invading the pitch where it took the ball in his mouth during fielding and straight away ran towards the batter’s end. However, it released the ball quickly and the owner took him out of the ground within a matter of minutes.
