ICC WTC Final: Devon Conway

New Zealand were facing a problem at the top of the order with no one there to support Tom Latham. The middle order is packed with batsmen like Taylor and Williamson but they needed one quality batsman at the top and in came Devon Conway. The 29-year-old smashed double ton in his first-ever test match that to in England against one of the best-bowling pairs of James Anderson and Stuart Broad. Conway will be a big threat for Team India in the WTC final.

ICC WTC Final: Ross Taylor

Probably one of the most experienced players who will feature in the final of WTC in Southampton, Ross Taylor is back in form after a small rough patch. The way he played shot against Mark Wood and Olly Stone in the second Test, Taylor has definitely sent a warning to Team India. Riding on the back of a solid 80 in the first innings of the last Test, Taylor will back himself to score big in the WTC final.

ICC WTC Final: Matt Henry

In a team that have bowlers like Boult and Southee, Matt Henry managed to overshadow both of them on few occasions in the England series. Henry troubled English batsman with his consistent line and length. The right-arm pacer picked six wickets in the last Test. It will be very hard for the New Zealand team management to leave Matt in the WTC final.

ICC WTC Final: Trent Boult

Left-arm pacer Trent Boult, who missed the first Test due to family reason, bowled like he was never gone. In the very first innings of the game, he picked up a four-wicket haul while in the second innings he picked two more wickets taking his tally to 6. Boult has a history of troubling Indian batsmen on the big occasion and there can’t be a bigger event than the ICC World Test Championship final.

ICC WTC Final: Tim Southee

New Zealand team mangement decided to rest Tim Southee in the second Test against England to keep him fresh for the WTC final. In the first Test, Southee took a six-wicket haul in the first innings and one wicket in the second. Southee will be Kane Williamson’s biggest weapon in the WTC final.
