iFerg vs Dr Disrespect: Doc struggles to put up good competition against Ferg; Call of Duty Mobile 80s Throwdown: The much-awaited showdown between Iferg & Dr Disrespect finally went down yesterday, where Ferg managed a comfortable win in the Battle Royale Kill race.
Streamed live on the Call of Duty: Mobile Esports official YouTube channel, the 80s Throwdown event recorded a peak viewership at 131,489 viewers while averaging a viewership of 78,609, as per reports by Esports Charts. Lasting 45 minutes each, there were two rounds of gameplay consisting of a ‘mobile round’ and a ‘keyboard & mouse round’. Both streamers played separate Battle Royale matches where everybody was eager to see who scores the most number of kills & defeats the other.
80s Throwdown: How it went down?
However, it seems that fate was already decided before the matches began. As Ferg is a professional mobile player who regularly plays & streams COD Mobile exclusively, he was way advanced compared to his rival Dr Disrespect, who probably downloaded & installed the game for the first time.
Dr Disrespect was seen struggling with his sensitivity & was having a hard time understanding the gameplay features. It went to the point where Dr Disrespect couldn’t control an AR’s recoil & ended up “shooting up to the heavens”, expressed the casters. On the other hand, it wasn’t purely smooth for iFerg either as he was suffering from connectivity issues. On top of that, iFerg was competing in High Tier matches whereas Dr Disrespect was probably gifted a Bot lobby. There were unfortunate moments for iFerg as well where a got stuck with a cluster grenade on his feet & died instantly.

Ferg had given an open challenge to the Dr Disrespect, “Let’s battle in the Call of Duty, you play with your million dollars PC and I will play on mobile. I want to put $100,000 USD as a challenge if you could win this.”
