Ind vs Aus 1st T20: All eye will be on Shikhar Dhawan as India take on Australia for the 1st T20 at Manuka Oval, Canberra. The Indian opener is on the cup of breaking MS Dhoni’s record when he takes the pitch today.

Dhawan had a poor run in the 2019/20 season, but was recalled in the side after his brilliant IPL 2020 performance. The left-handed batsman has scored 1,588 runs in 61 T20Is which is the fifth-highest in India. He is just 29 runs short of Dhoni’s record, who is currently at the third place with 1617 runs in 88 matches.

The Indian batsman will also surpass former teammate Suresh Raina who is just above Dhawan with 1605 runs.

Besides Dhawan, KL Rahul is also eyeing for a milestone.
