Meanwhile, Virat Kohli and co., after winning the opening T20I of the three-match series on Friday, will aim to seal the series with a win in 2nd T20I.
Notably, Team India has won each of their last nine completed T20 internationals including two Super Overs and they will attempt to maintain the winning streak.
Also, the news coming in from the Indian camp in Sydney is that Kohli and the team management is looking to draft Bumrah in the playing XI for the 2nd T20 after the pacer was benched for the first T20I. Another change would be Yuzvendra Chahal will also be starting in the XI.
The other question in front of team management would be whether to continue with Manish Pandey or to draft Shreyas Iyer in the squad.
However, the visitors will be without Ravindra Jadeja as the all-rounder has been ruled out of the remaining series after he got hit on the head by a Mitchell Starc bouncer in the first T20I. He has been replaced by pacer Shardul Thakur.
India (Probable XI): 1 Shikhar Dhawan, 2 KL Rahul, 3 Virat Kohli, 4 Sanju Samson, 5 Manish Pandey/ Shreyas Iyer, 6 Hardik Pandya, 7 Washington Sundar, 8 Deepak Chahar, 9 T Natarajan, 10 Jasprit Bumrah/Mohammed Shami, 11 Yuzvendra Chahal
