IND vs ENG 1st Test: BCCI shares behind-the-scenes peek at Team India’s photoshoot: Team India skipper Virat Kohli and other India stars who are never shy to strike a pose, showed off their intense looks during a photo session in Test kit ahead of the first Test against England which is scheduled to begin from Friday in Chennai.
In the meantime, the Board of Control For Cricket in India (BCCI) posted a behind-the-scenes video on their official Twitter handle with the caption, “A behind-the-scenes peek at #TeamIndia’s fun photoshoot in whites ahead of the @Paytm #INDvENG Test series.”

Meanwhile, Team India on Wednesday sweat it out in training session ahead of the opening Test against England. Kohli, Rohit Sharma were seen having a hit in the nets along with Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane while bowlers Ravichandran Ashwin, Ishant Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah were also seen in action at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Notably, the first two fixtures of the 4 Tests will be hosted in Chennai after which the teams will travel to Ahmedabad for the remainder of the series. While the 1st Test will be behind closed doors at the MA Chidambaram stadium, the 2nd will allow a 50 % crowd at the stands.
The final two Test matches to be hosted at the Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad is also expected to allow spectators at the ground.
It is worth noting that in order to be a part of the WTC final, against New Zealand at Lord’s, India will require any of these results in the Test series: 2-0, 2-1, 3-0, 3-1 or 4-0.
