Washington Sundar spends ‘blissful evening’ with AR Rahman: Team India all-rounder Washington Sundar, who rose to fame after his heroics in the fourth Test against Australia, met music maestro AR Rahman on Tuesday in Chennai.

Washington took to Instagram to share the pictures with AR Rahman and captioned the post “To a blissful evening!”.

Notably, after his superb show in Australia, Washington has been named in the 18-man India’s squad for the first two Tests of the upcoming series against England which will be played in Chennai.

India will play four Tests, five T20Is and three ODIs against England from February to March. The series will kick-off with Tests, followed by T20Is and then ODIs.
