India tour of England: Anushka Sharma & daughter Vamika receive beautiful welcome in London’s hotel – Anushka Sharma, who is a Bollywood actress and wife of Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli, is in England for the tour along with her husband and daughter Vamika. Through an Instagram story, Anushka revealed how she and her daughter Vamika were welcomed by a London’s hotel. (IND vs ENG)

India tour of England: Anushka is staying at James Court A Taj Hotel, London where she received a balloon that reads,” Welcome Back Dear Vamika.” The balloon is tied to a lovable soft toy seated on a couch.

India tour of England: Last month, Anushka also revealed that Vamika has turned six months old through the caption of the post. “Her one smile can change our whole world around ! I hope we can both live up to the love with which you look at us, little one” wrote Anuska and added: “Happy 6 months to us three”.

Kohli’s daughter Vamika was born in January this year and the cricketer was with his wife at the time of Vamika’s birth. Kohli asked for the paternity leave to BCCI at the time of the Australia tour and the board was more than happy to grant him the leave.

India tour of England: Meanwhile, Team India lost the golden opportunity to take a 1-0 lead in the series at Nottingham as rain played spoilsport on the last day of the Test. With the draw, India and England share 4 points each in the second edition of the World Test Championship (WTC) points table. It was the first match of the World Test Championship (WTC) 2023 cycle. The start of day five got delayed twice after an early Lunch and Test was taken as rain played a spoilt sport. India needed just 157 runs to win the first Test on day five but no play was possible due to rain. The visitors scored 52 runs after bundling out England in the third session on Saturday.
