India tour of Sri Lanka: All-rounder Hardik Pandya had his “work mode on” as he posted on his Instagram stories pictures after a workout. Hardik showed off his body as he smiled for the camera and flaunted his body as he posed for the camera.
Hardik is expected to return to action during India’s limited-overs tour to Sri Lanka next month. He was last seen in action in the IPL 2021. Pandya has been named in India’s squad for three ODIs and three T20Is they are scheduled to play in Colombo.
Pandya remembered his father Himanshu on the occasion of Father’s Day. He penned down an emotional message for his father who passed away at the age of 71.
Pandya in his Twitter post said how he learned about fatherhood from Himanshu and will carry the legacy in his own journey as a dad to Agastya.
“Papa, there’s so much about fatherhood that I’ve learned from you. The love & guidance that you’ve shown us has helped us become who we are today. I promise to take everything that you’ve taught me on my journey of fatherhood with Agastya. We love you, we miss you,” he wrote.

India tour of Sri Lanka: Shikhar Dhawan and Co assemble in Mumbai for quarantine ahead of limited-overs series- Skipper Shikhar Dhawan and his India teammates have assembled in Mumbai for mandatory quarantine ahead of the India tour of Sri Lanka in July.
BCCI had earlier asked Shikhar Dhawan & Co to report to Mumbai on June 14 and serve a 14-day quarantine (7 days of hard quarantine and 7 days of soft). After reaching Colombo, following further quarantine, the team will play intra-squad matches to prepare for the limited-overs series.

The entire team will enter a bio-bubble in Mumbai and will travel to Colombo from there on June 28 according to a report by Sportstar. The soft quarantine will include indoor training sessions as per an ANI report.
India tour of Sri Lanka – Quarantine for Dhawan’s Team: After being tested negative, the players could be allowed to use the hotel gym facilities where the team will be quarantined. However, for the first 7 days, players will strictly stay in their rooms.
Furthermore, as per BCCI’s plans, Team India sans Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and other UK-bound players will have to undergo quarantine for seven days till July 5 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. There will be strict quarantine till July 1. After July 1, they will be allowed to practice.
