India tour of Sri Lanka: Suryakumar Yadav and Shikhar Dhawan engage in friendly comment battle on Instagram post: Soon after Shikhar Dhawan-led Indian Team arrived in Sri Lanka, the players stormed the social media with their pictures as most of them were touring the first tour overseas. Indian skipper Shikhar Dhawan also shared a picture on his Instagram, which then hogged the limelight for engaging in a funny banter with Suryakumar Yadav.

India tour of Sri Lanka: ‘Have my eyes on you skip,’ Suryakumar Yadav posts hilarious comment on Shikhar Dhawan’s post

The group photo posted by Dhawan on Instagram, primarily featured Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Prithvi Shaw gleaming in wide smiles as they boarded a chartered flight to Sri Lanka for the upcoming white-ball series.

Suryakumar Yadav, who unintentionally photobombed in the picture appearing from the back made a spot-on hilarious comment- ‘Have my eyes on you skip. Find me in that pic.’  A decode of the comment mockingly meant to dread the newly-appointed skipper saying that he has his eyes on him and also challenged Dhawan to find him in the picture.

India tour of Sri Lanka: Dhawan’s epic reply to Yadav’s comment

Indian skipper Shikhar Dhawan replied to Suryakumar Yadav’s comment in the same coin. Dhawan’s reply read, “hahaha dikh gya bro agli baari tere begair nahi click karengey. Un aankhon ne draa diya.” The translation of the same means ‘hahaha I can see bro, we will not click pictures without you from next time, Your eyes have scared me.”

Under the mentorship of Rahul Dravid, Team India’s 20-man-squad has reached Sri Lanka for the upcoming limited over series. The two Asian teams will square off in 3 ODIs, 3 T20s against each other starting from July 13.
