The Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced squads for the three T20 Internationals, three One Day Internationals and two Tests for the West Indies tour. The T20I away series will start with the first to games in Florida, the USA.
While Kohli had made himself available for the entire tour, Jaspreet Bumrah has been rested for the limited overs international series along with Hardik Pandya. Brother Krunal makes the grade as an all-rounder. Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav are ignored for T20Is. For the two-match Test series, Shikhar Dhawan fails to find favour as Rohit Sharma makes a comeback.
Khaleel Ahmed and Navdeep Saini have been included in the limited-overs squads. Among the batsmen, Manish Pandey and Shreyas Iyer benefit from their performances on India A tour of the West Indies.
