Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the players are forced to stay in the bio-secure bubble which means that they cannot have any personal touch with the outside world. While as much hard as it can be on players, it indeed helped the players to spend some quality time with each other, got them a chance to better know their comrades and it goes without saying, the memories.
During a virtual press conference, Ashwin highlighted the facts of putting up in the bubble, “I think without them around it can be incredibly hard. Yes, we get larger hotel spaces. We do get our entertainment area. We bond much better. One thing that stands out is the fact that because of this bio-bubble the players are getting together more than ever. I think the team bonding has gotten better”.
Moving onto the 4th and the final test match of the series, India is currently leading the way with 2-1. After the visitors grabbed the first test match played at Chennai, it has been all India afterward in the series. With the debates currently hovering around the quality of decks being prepared for a test match, it is expected that the fourth match wicket will be a belter for the batsmen with some huge scoring on the cards.
