IPL 2019: BCCI issues RFP for Stadium Branding Services

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has issued Request for Proposal to acquire branding services during the Indian Premier League 2019.

The BCCI has requested proposals from reputed entities to acquire the right and obligation to provide the Services. Only the companies fully equipped to deliver the services have been advised to submit the bids. “No Proposal from any party who intends to re-sell or sub-license the right to provide the Services or any part thereof will be accepted,” reads the RFP document.

The parties, confirming all pre-requisite,  are advised to submit The Proposal Documents in sealed envelopes latest by 11 a.m. India time on February 21, 2019, at the BCCI Office, Cricket Centre, Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.

The services will include, stadium dressing inside Stadium bowl (tiers, back walls, stairs cases, exits, vomitories, etc); welcome signs at each entrance gates; gate pillars at each entrance gate; box pillars (4-sided) at hospitality entrance gate / player entry gate; anti-racism signage; anti-ambush signage; terms and conditions signage –Big Screen and Replay Screen branding; ACP Panels with vinyl sticker for Big Screen and Replay screens for all the games.

The playoff games will require additional items like concourse area branding; permitted items signage; beware of sixes signage; stop signage; with exceptions of in-lit acrylic tournament logo signage on top of dugout; bat stickers for signing (front and back) for teams; bat stickers for signing (front and back) for captains and laminated stump branding;  BCCI Office – Wall branding.
