The Indian bowler and former chess player Yuzvendra Chahal has been retained by the Royal Challengers Bangalore for INR 6 crore salary contract for the 12th edition of Indian Premier League(IPL).
He has also represented India internationally in chess at youth levels. Chahal along with Sri-Lankan “Mystery Spinner” Ajantha Mendis, is one of only two players in T20I history to have taken a 6 wicket haul.
