IPL 2020: After KXIP, Sunrisers Hyderabad boys enjoy a beach day in UAE

The Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) Sunrisers Hyderabad players currently in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).After spending their initial few days in self-isolation, the Sunrisers Hyderabad players have begun training outdoors within the IPL 2020 bio-secure bubble.Soon after completing the mandatory quarantine and a few training sessions, Sunrisers Hyderabad players hits the beach for a ‘fun day’. Recently, Kings XI Punjab players and management also went on with a fun day on Beach.Despite Virat Kohli’s advice to all his fellow IPL 2020 players to stay indoors & follow bio-security protocols, KingsXI Punjab were out to enjoy a beach outing on Tuesday evening. Royal Challengers Bengaluru captain had taken a jibe at his fellow IPL players on Tuesday by saying that ‘we are here to play cricket and not to have fun’.

“We are all here to play cricket…The bio-bubble needs to be respected at all times for the tournament to happen eventually. We are not here to have fun and roam around and you know say that ‘I want to hang out in Dubai’,” Kohli asserted.

“That is not the time we are living in. Accept the phase that we are going through and understand the privilege that we have, just to be a part of the IPL. Everyone should accept that and not behave in a manner which situation doesn’t require them to,” he said.
