Chennai Super Kings’ all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja once again showed why he is one of the best fielders in the world as on Wednesday he took a stunner to dismiss Kolkata Knight Rider’s Sunil Narine in the match no.21 of Indian Premier League 2020.
On the final delivery of the 11th over, Karn Sharma delivered a tossed-up ball to Narine, who went for the big one as he smashed it high and over the mid-wicket region. But in a few seconds the West Indian was on his way back to the pavilion as Jadeja made a full-length dive out of nowhere and got hold of the ball while skidding parallel along the ground.
Jadeja was about to hit the ropes but courtesy his good presence of mind, the 31-year-old all-rounder tossed up the ball to Faf du Plessis who by then had come running down from long-on region.

Notably, Narine didn’t come out to open for KKR in the game against CSK and he was replaced by Rahul Tripathi.
The Windies all-rounder instead came to bat at no.4 and departed after scoring 17 off 9 balls.
Meanwhile, Kolkata won the toss and opted to bat first against Chennai.
KKR are currently fourth in the points table with four points in as many games, while CSK are at fifth position with four points in their kitty.
