Virat Kohli’s wife Anushka Sharma celebrated in the stands of Dubai International Cricket Stadium after the Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper slammed unbeaten 52-balls 90 against Chennai Super Kings in the match no. 25 of Indian Premier League 2020.
Interestingly, Kohli was once again at his best as he thrashed 90 runs, which included 4 fours and as many sixes, to power RCB to 169 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in their 20 overs.
In the meantime, Kohli also became the first player to score 6000 runs for his side in all competitions.
Notably, while Kohli was walking back to the pavilion at the end of the innings, his wife Anushka, who is pregnant, gave him the flying kiss from the stands and applauded his husband’s performance.

Talking about the match, RCB, after they won the toss and opted to bat first, rode on Kohli’s superb knock to score 169/4 in the allotted overs.
Bangalore were 95/4 after 15 overs, however, Kohli’s onslaught helped the team set a good target in Dubai.
Other than Virat, Devdutt Padikkal (33) and Shivam Dube (22) chipped in the batting department, while Aaron Finch (2) and AB de Villiers (0) were sent back cheaply.
On the other hand, Shardul Thakur bagged two wickets for CSK, while Deepak Chahar and Sam Curran picked a wicket each.
RCB and CSK are placed at fifth and sixth positions respectively in the points table.
