Stoinis along with Shikhar Dhawan not only gave a great start to DC but also became a SuperHero of the day as he also took 3 SRH wickets at crucial times to win the game for his team.
“I have done it in the Big Bash League for a couple of seasons and it was nice to get an opportunity in the IPL,” Stoinis said in the post-match conference.
DC will now take on defending champions Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2020 final on November 10 in Dubai.

- Shikhar is the highest scorer for DC in this IPL with 603 runs and two back to back centuries to his name.
- Dhawan is only the second batsman after KL Rahul to cross the 600-run mark. He is currently second in the Orange Cap tally.
- Stoinis on the other hand has already made 346 runs from 16 games with an average of 28.83 and a strike rate of 151.09. The Australian all-rounder has 3 half-centuries to his name.
