The Indian Premier League (IPL 2020) has entered its second week and one team which has been able to impress all is KingsXI Punjab co-owner Ness Wadia.
Sports aficionado, scion of one of the most illustrious business houses in India, and of course, a philanthropist. Ness Wadia manages to wear these multiple hats with aplomb, as he straddles the world of business as well as sport with equal ease.
A cricket enthusiast, who till recently stayed up late to catch all the cricketing action in England and the Caribbean, Wadia is a happy man these days watching the Dream11 IPL 2020 unfold in the UAE.
And why not? The Kings XI Punjab, with their smart picks, and well-settled squad ably led by KL Rahul, and guided by Anil Kumble, have made all other teams, as well as the fans sit up and take notice of their opening act.
And Wadia, who is co-owner of the KXIP franchise, isn’t off the mark feeling upbeat about his team’s chances this season.
