CEAT Tyres has signed up with actor Aamir Khan as brand ambassador according to ET for two years. The leading Tyre company is ready to roll new brand campaign with Aamir during the IPL 2020. According to ET, Khan will promote CEAT’s SecuraDrive, a range of mass premium types.

It is worth noting that CEAT is associated with IPL as central sponsor since 2015 as the Official Strategic Time-Out Partner. In 2018, CEAT had renewed the deal for another 5 years and on the current deal, they are in the third year of their relationship with the BCCI.

CEAT is also associated with cricket via longstanding CEAT Cricket ratings. Other than this various leading cricketer including Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane, Shreyas Iyer, Mayank Agarwal, Shubman Gill and Harmanpreet Kaur spots CEAT’s branding on their bats.

It is worth noting that CEAT’s rival brand, MRF has tied up with Virat Kohli as their brand ambassador in 2017. Kohli spots MRF’s branding on his bat and reportedly the 8-year deal is worth 100 Cr.
