It’s a rare sight to see Virat Kohli getting dismissed cheaply, but what’s more rare is seeing him dropping sitters. However, both the incidents were witnessed on Thursday when Kohli-led-Royal Challengers Bangalore were playing against Kings XI Punjab in the match no.6 of Indian Premier League 2020.
Kohli had a bad day at the office as first he dropped KXIP skipper KL Rahul twice and the latter went on to make his India captain pay a big price for the same.
Rahul was on 83 and 89 when he was dropped by Kohli and he went on to smash an unbeaten 132 off just 69 balls. His stunning knock was studded with 14 fours and seven sixes.
Later, when fans were expecting a good batting show by Kohli, the RCB skipper perished under the pressure of chasing a huge total as he mistimed a pull shot to be caught at mid-on off KXIP pacer Sheldon Cottrell for just 1.
Meanwhile, the fans took to Twitter to brutally troll Kohli for his disappointing performance. Here are some of the reactions:

Talking about the match then KXIP register a massive 97-run win over RCB. After putting to bat first, the Punjab based franchise accumulated 206/3 at the end of the 20 overs, courtesy KL Rahul’s unbeaten ton.
Defending a massive total, KXIP didn’t face any threat as they bowled out RCB for 109 in 17 overs.
