Middle-order Conundrum

The batting order relies heavily on big four: David Warner, Kane Williamson, Jonny Bairstow and Manish Pandey.

SRH batsmen with the likes of Vijay Shankar, Abdul Samad, Kedar Jadhav, Virat Singh have failed to deliver in as many as 5 losses in IPL 2021. They had roped in Kedar Jadhav for Rs 2 crore to strengthen their middle-order but he has failed to deliver. It’s high time, SRH middle-order batsmen deliver for them in remaining matches if they are to qualify in the IPL 2021 playoffs.
