IPL 2021: CSK’s Ravindra Jadeja on MS Dhoni’s sword welding gesture, ‘Should try with the bat’- Chennai Super Kings allrounder Ravindra Jadeja on Sunday came with a suggestion to a recent clip shared by CSK on Twitter. The video featured skipper MS Dhoni imitating Ravindra Jadeja, which the latter does after scoring fifties or sixes. “Should try with the bat,” Jadeja replied to the post. The duo played with each other in the IPL 2021 until the tournament was suspended indefinitely due to rising COVID-19 cases across several IPL franchises.

R Jadeja was the star performer for CSK with both bat and ball as CSK registered 5 wins out of 7 matches in IPL 2021 phase 1. It is notable that he smacked 37 runs in an over in the match against RCB, taking on purple cap owner Harshal Patel.
