K Bhagath Varma said that it was dream come true. “Walking in here at the Chepauk Stadium, wearing the yellow jersey, CSK was a dream come true and it was really exciting.”
The 22-year-old plays for Hyderabad in the domestic circuit.
The cricketer also shed light on his IPL 2021 auction experience. “I had turned after Vijay Hazar practice session. When I was back at the hotel, it was probably the same time my name came. I was frozen a bit. I got a call from my mom. My friends, family and everyone were happy and I was pretty happy too.”
C Hari Nishanth
“I just want to make sure it’s not a dream and it’s a real thing,” said Nishanth who plays for Tamil Nadu in domestic cricket.
“We had a training session for Vijay Hazare at 4.30 pm. When I returned, I turned on the Hotstar App.” My name came after Harbhajan Singh was sold. “After that, my name came and it started buffering. Calls had started to come. I couldn’t realise what just happened,” he said on his experience after earning a maiden call for IPL.
CSK will play their opening match against DC at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on April 11.
