IPL 2021: DC’s Amit Mishra wants team-mate Ishant Sharma to play 150 Tests for India- The Delhi Capitals on Thursday released a video on Twitter in which veteran spinner Amit Mishra lauded team-mate, Ishant Sharma, on his achievement of playing 100 Tests for India. The latter had achieved the landmark while playing for India in the 3rd Test against England at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad earlier this year.

The veteran of 160 IPL wickets Amit Mishra now wants Ishant Sharma, his current DC and former India Teammate Ishant Sharma to play 150 Test matches for India.

“He has played 100 Test matches for India and I would like to congratulate him,” Mishra said.

“He should at least play 150 [Test] matches,” he added.

Reminiscing his time with Ishant in the Indian team, the cricketer added that “We’ve have had many partnerships in Indian Team and whenever we’re required to bat we tried to contribute there too.”

Later, the duo shared a laugh over ‘age’.
