IPL 2021: Defending Champions Mumbai Indians strongly wish to replicate IPL 2020 heroics & lift title again: The most successful team of IPL and the defending champions Mumbai Indians want to continue on their winning spree in IPL 2021 as well. Even after lifting the glittering IPL trophy five times, their hunger to clinch another title is still unsatiated. In a recent video shared by MI on social media, their all-rounder Krunal Pandya made a big statement of the blue brigade’s want to notch IPL 2021 title.


In a clip that featured Krunal Pandya, the left-handed allrounder said, “Same ground, same vibe and we want to get the same result as well!” The 30-year old while boasting MI’s achievement poured some light on their hunger to lift the trophy once again.

In a minute-long video, senior Pandya emphasized that he aims to trust the process and keep improving himself. Besides, he mentioned that he wants to fully utilize and derive the best from each training session in the upcoming days.

During the net practice session, Pandya was seen rolling his arms and spotted undertaking an intense batting drill during the practice session.

Pandya brothers, who joined the team in UAE on August 25, started their practice sessions on September 1.

IPL 2021: MI schedule for Phase 2

The five-time champions Mumbai Indians will kick off their IPL 2021 phase 2 campaign against MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings in Dubai. They have blown hot and cold in the first leg of the tournament and are ranked fourth in the league standings with four wins and three defeats in seven outings.
