Earlier today, Harbhajan Singh wished a quick recovery for Rishabh Pant who has tested positive for COVID-19. He was recently blessed with a baby boy with his wife Geeta Basra.

On the work front, Bhajji will be next seen in IPL 2021 phase 2 in UAE.

The 41-year-old has been the face of the Indian Premier League (IPL) since its genesis in 2008. For the longest period- from 2008 to 2017, Bhajji played for Mumbai Indians. He was part of the blue brigade when they lifted the IPL trophy thrice (2013, 2015, 2017) by then.

The right-arm off-spinner then played for Chennai Super Kings under MS Dhoni’s leadership for two seasons in 2018 and 2019 before he made pulled out of the 2020 season citing personal reasons.

Ahead of IPL 2021, he was traded by Kolkata Knight Riders for the base price of 2 crores in the auction. However, his recent performance in phase 1 of IPL has not been up to the mark. He went wicketless in the three matches at an economy rate of 9.
