IPL 2021: Mumbai Indians pacer Trent Boult all set to be an all-rounder, showoff batting skills against Ishan Kishan-  Five-time champion Mumbai Indians are known to have many quality all-rounders in their rank. Right from West Indies power hitter Kieron Pollard to Indian talisman Hardik Pandya, they have one of the best all-rounders in the league. And now one more cricketer is ready to add himself to that list. In a video shared by MI New Zealand pacer, Trent Boult can be seen showcasing his batting skills against Ishan Kishan.

On Saturday, Mumbai Indians shared a video on their official Twitter handle. In this video, we can see MI’s wicket-keeper batsman Ishan Kishan throwing full-toss balls to Trent Boult, who is trying to hit them for a big hit. MI’s middle-order batsman Suryakumar Yadav can be seen laughing at the back.

After the battle, Ishan came up to the camera and said,” I was just trying to boost his confidence as if he gets to bat down the order in death overs he can hit one out of the park for us and it looks like he is already confident.”

IPL 2021 suspended

The Indian Premier League Governing Council (IPL GC) and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in an emergency meeting has unanimously decided to postpone IPL 2021 season, with immediate effect. The BCCI does not want to compromise on the safety of the players, support staff and the other participants involved in organising the IPL. This decision was taken keeping the safety, health and wellbeing of all the stakeholders in mind.
