This will be the third time that BCCI will be hosting IPL in UAE as earlier in 2014 due to the general election and in 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic IPL was hosted in UAE. Risabh Pant led Delhi Capitals, MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings, Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore were the top performers in the first phase but things can quickly turn around for the other franchises as most of the franchises has international talents, who loves playing in UAE.
