IPL 2021: Rajasthan Royals out with their all new jersey, you can buy one too! Here’s how – Rajasthan Royals have unveiled their new jersey in the grandest manner possible. The new colours of the team were revealed through a grand light and sound show at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
The jersey has a bright combination of pink and blue, not very different from the previous seasons but with a few new features. Due to the COVID restrictions, the ceremony was attended virtually and players watched it from the safety of their bubbles.

In the last few days, new jerseys have been revealed by various teams and they have been put on sale for the fans as well. Rajasthan Royals too have made their new jersey available through their website.
The replica of the jersey can be purchased for Rs 1499. This is billed as the discounted price with an offer of 15% off on the normal MRP – 1999. But that’s not the only option fans of Rajasthan Royals have. They can also buy polo T-shirts with the team’s logo for Rs 899 and a T-shirt with the same logo for Rs 599.

The replica of Rajasthan Royals’ 2021 jersey is made from recycled plastic. This was the case with the official replicas of Chennai Super Kings jerseys as well, sold on the same website.
Like Chennai Super Kings, the Rajasthan Royals jersey is available to fans through The Souled Store online shop. The use of recycled plastic is a gesture to show environmental sustainability.
Reactions from some of the stars of Rajasthan Royals were also shown in a four-minute video clip uploaded on Twitter. It is worth remembering that originally, Rajasthan Royals used to have a blue jersey. It was the blue jersey in which they won the first edition of IPL under the dynamic captaincy of Shane Warne.
However, after some seasons, the team management decided to incorporate the pink colour in the jersey as the team represented the ‘Pink City.’
