IPL 2021: Ravindra Jadeja’s royal welcome as he returns to CSK training session ahead of CSK vs DC match- Chennai Super Kings ace spinner & allrounder R Jadeja is back on the field training ahead of IPL 2021. The development comes after he recovered from a finger injury that he sustained during India’s tour of Australia earlier this year. The left-hand-batsman was undergoing rehabilitation at NCA, Bengaluru before joining the CSK camp at team hotel in Mumbai. The CSK official Twitter account has shared a video of the batsman walking out to the field with pleasant music in the background.

Jadeja had already begun his preparation for the IPL before joining CSK camp. The all-rounder practised batting and bowling in March having made a return to the field after undergoing thumb surgery. He headed to the National Cricket Academy after that to get a fitness certificate.
In January, Jadeja had suffered a blow to his left thumb while batting on Day 3 of the third Test against Australia. He had later gone for scans and the results showed that he had dislocated his thumb.
MS Dhoni-led CSK will play their first game against Delhi Capitals on April 10.
