IRE vs SA, 2nd T20: David Miller shines as South Africa beat Ireland by 42 runs, claim series 2-0

South Africa beat Ireland: A brilliant fifty from David Miller guided South Africa to a strong total in the second T20I. He smashed 75 runs off 44 balls which included 5 sixes and 4 fours. Mark Adair and Paul Stirling took a couple of wickets each for Ireland. South Africa kept losing wickets at regular intervals before Miller and Wiaan Mulder reduced the Proteas. They can now go on to clinch the T20I series 2-0.

For the host, Shane Getkate was the top scorer with 24 runs in 18 balls however he did not receive any support from the other end. George Dockrell also scored run a ball innings of 20.

South Africa tour of Ireland has been a little different this time as hosts (Ireland) have been seen giving tough competition to the visitors. After South Africa won the first T20I in Dublin, the two sides has moved to Belfast for their second T20I clash scheduled on July 22. The visitors would try winning the match and seal the series, which they were unable to do so in the concluded ODI series.
