Ironman 70.3 Goa organizers Yoska has signed active nutrition hydration and nutrition partner. The deal is inked to highlight the importance of hydration and nutrition in endurance sport.
Ahead of India’s first-ever IRONMAN 70.3 Goa, scheduled for October 20, the organizers Yoska have announced Fast&Up as the event’s nutrition partner. The announcement comes as a shot in the arm for the first edition of the event which will see over 1,000 participants from 27 countries push their limitations as they vie to complete the greatest endurance challenge, the organizers have stated in a Press release.
“Nutrition and hydration is one of the key factors in endurance events especially those as challenging as the IRONMAN 70.3 Goa. It is encouraging to note that Indian triathletes are already very well aware of the benefits from a healthy diet and planned nutrition in their quest to achieve their goals,” expressed Deepak Raj, Co-founder of Yoska – a fit-tech company based out of Bengaluru who pioneered the bringing of IRONMAN to India.
RudraPrasad Nanjundappa, Co-founder Yoska, shared Deepak’s views. He said, “It is great that world-class nutrition such as the Fast&Up used by many of the triathletes today is easily accessible across the country. We are delighted to have them on board as nutrition partner for IRONMAN 70.3 Goa. I believe this collaboration will help in our endeavor towards the Fit India Movement and encourage more and more people to take up triathlon.”
