Here we take a look at 5 signings who have made an impact for their clubs.

#1 Bright Enobakhare: The brightest signing has to be Bright Enobakhare. The youngster has scored two goals from the wide number 10 position, while the one against FC Goa is a contender for the goal of the season. The Nigerian’s technical proficiency and pace helps in both possession as well as counter attack. He also has an assist, and averages 3.7 dribbles per game.

#2. Deshorn Brown: The Jamaican, who had failed to impress at Bengaluru FC, seems to have hit the ground running at NEUTD FC. Also having an assist to his name, Brown has been leading the line amicably for the Highlanders. With 0.4 key passes per game and one big chance created so far, his performance needs to be up if NEUTD FC are to break into the top 4.

#3. Raju Gaikwad: After a horror start, East Bengal went unbeaten in 7 matches and the credit goes to the their new signings, including Raju Gaikwad. Gaikwad has fit in wonderfully in the middle of the back three between Danny Fox and Scott Neville, and looks in place. He averages 1.3 interceptions per game and 3.3 clearances per game.

#4 Farukh Choudhary: Farukh joined Jamshedpur FC from Mumbai City FC. The coach, Owen Coyle feels the he has bolstered Jamshedpur’s attack. “With Farukh (Chaudhary) coming in they have added a great dimension to our forward play and that was evident in the Hyderabad game,” he said. Farukh successfully wins 50% of his total duels in attack and is key for Jamshedpur to retain the ball in the final third.

#5 Ankit Mukherjee: The third SC East Bengal signing on this list, Mukherjee has allowed for natural developments in East Bengal’s defensive cohesion, whereas earlier Fowler had to use makeshift defenders like Sehnaj Singh in defence. Ankit Mukherjee at Right wing back has been excellent at linking up with the defence as well as offence. Mukherjee has 1.7 interceptions per game and 2.2 tackles per game.
