ISL 21-22 Transfer Updates: Jamshedpur FC extends Alexandre de Lima’s stay for 1 more year – Follow Live Updates – Alexandre Monteiro de Lima has extended his stay with Jamshedpur FC for 1 more year. The Brazilian midfield maestro is set to continue playing for the ISL outfit after signing a new contract till May 2022.

Mumbai City FC signs Cassio Gabriel on a year-long loan deal- Follow Live Updates – Mumbai City FC announced the signing of Cassio Gabriel on a seasonlong loan. The  Reigning ISL champions have acquired the services of the Brazilian midfielder ahead of the upcoming season. ‘Cassinho’ joins the ISL outfit from Serie B club Vila Nova.

Komal Thatal has joined Jamshedpur FC ahead of the upcoming Indian Superleague season. He makes the switch from ATK Mohun Bagan on a 3-year deal with his contract set to expire in May 2024.

ISL 2021-22 Transfer Updates: Thursday, August 19

Mumbai City has completed the signing of Rahul Bheke with the defender set to feature for the Islanders in the upcoming season. he has signed a two-year contract with the reigning ISL winners with the contract considering an option to extend his stay for an additional year.

ISL 2021-22 Transfer Updates: Friday, August 16

Hyderabad FC has completed the signing of their ninth player in the ongoing transfer window with Pritam Soraisam joining the Indian Super League side on Wednesday. The left-back is Hyderabad FC’s sixth domestic signing as he follows the footsteps of Aniket Jadhav, Gurmeet Singh, Aaren D’Silva, Nim Dorjee Tamang, and Abdul Rabeeh in making the switch.

ISL 2021-22 Transfer Updates: Friday, August 16

  • Odisha FC completes the signing of Aridai Cabrera for the upcoming Indian Super League. The Spanish winger has agreed to play for the Juggernauts after playing for teams like RCD Mallorca, Girona FC, Valencia B, Cultural Leonesa, and Las Palmas.

    Speaking about his decision to join Odisha FC, Cabrera said, “I am very happy to sign for Odisha FC and I am really excited to play in India. I want to meet my teammates soon and start preparing for the upcoming season. We will definitely make sure that Odisha FC does well in the next ISL.”

  • Mumbai City FC complete signing of Lalengmawia ‘Apuia’ Ralte

The promising young midfielder joins the defending ISL Champions on a five-year contract until May 2026.

Apuia Ralte said:

  • FC Goa signs Kunal Kundaikar on a three-year deal after agreeing on an undisclosed transfer fee with Sporting Clube de Goa.

  • FC Goa is rumored to sign Kerala Blasters winger Nongdamba Naorem ahead of the next season.
  • Brandon Fernandes and Saviour Gama have agreed to sign a contract extension with the duo set to put pen-on-paper for a new three-year long deal until 2024.

ISL 2021-22 Transfer Updates: Mumbai City FC

Reigning Indian Super League Champions Mumbai City FC decided to bolster their attack ahead of the next season by signing Igor Angulo on a year-long deal. The Spanish attacker featured for FC Goa helping them qualify for the ISL playoffs last season. The 37-year-old has an impressive record for FC Goa which saw him walk away with the Golden Boot scoring 14 goals in 21 games.

  • Valpuia agrees to a long-term contract and commits himself to Mumbai City FC.
  • Bipin Singh has put pen-to-paper and decided to remain associated with the Islanders till May 2025.
  • Rowllin Borges also agreed to commit his future with Mumbai City FC until  2024 alongside an option to extend his stay for an additional year.
  • The likes of Pranjal Bhumij and Amey Ranawade also signed three and four-year deals respectively for Sergio Lobera’s outfit and commit their future to the Islanders.

ISL 2021-22 Transfer Updates: ATK Mohun Bagan Transfer News

  • ISL Transfer Updates for ATK Mohun Bagan sees them rope in Mumbai City FC’s goalkeeper Amrinder Singh on a five-year deal that has heavily boasted Antonio Habas’s side.
  • Hugo Boumous also decided to make the switch with the French midfielder joining ATK Mohun Bagan from Mumbai City FC.
  • ATK Mohun Bagan has also brought in Joni Kauko with the Finland midfielder joining them on a two-year deal.

ISL 2021-22 Transfer Updates: Chennaiyin FC

  • Bozidar Bandovic is set to take charge as the new head coach ahead of the two-time ISL winners with the focus now shifting on acquiring new players.
  • Deepak Devrani is Chennaiyin FC’s latest recruit with the defender signing a one-year deal with the Indian Super League outfit.
  • Narayan Das has signed a two-year contract with Chennaiyin FC with goalkeeper Debjit Majumder also joining the 27-year-old defender from SC East Bengal.
  • Jobby Justin joined the Chennai-based side on a two-year deal with the striker with Mirlan Murzaev also joining the two-time winners and becoming the first Kyrgyz player to play in ISL next season.
  • Rahim Ali and right-back Reagan Singh have signed a two-year contract extension with the Indian Super League side till 2023 with 32-year-old attacking midfielder Rafael Crivellaro also signing a multi-year contract.

ISL 2021-22 Transfer Updates: Odisha FC

  • Odisha FC had a season to forget with the teams finishing on the bottom of the points table managing to pocket just 12 points from 20 games in the ISL 2020-21 season.
  • The  Juggernauts has brought in Spain football legend David Villa to head the global operations team alongside signing the likes of Sahil Panwar and Sebastian Thangmuansang.
  • While Sahil joins Odisha FC on an undisclosed transfer fee from Hyderabad FC on a two-year deal, Sebastian makes the move after winning the I-League title with Gokulam Kerala FC with the right-back agreeing upon a two-year contract.
  • Jerry Mawihmingthanga has also decided to extend his stay and sign a long-term contract with Odisha FC.

ISL 2021-22 Transfer Updates: Bengaluru FC

  • Bengaluru FC will head into the season under the leadership of Marco Pezzaiuoli with Naushad Moosa set to be his assistant coach after signing a three-year deal.
  • Team captain Sunil Chhetri penned a two-year deal extension alongside defender Yrondu Musavu-King.
  • ISL Transfer Updates for Bengaluru FC sees Jayesh Rane join the club on a three-year deal last month.

Kerala Blasters FC

  • Kerala Blasters FC has a new head coach with Ivan Vukomanovic appointed to lead the club for the upcoming 2021-22 season.
  • Uruguayan midfielder Adrian Luna has been one of the biggest signings for Kerala Blasters FC with the former Melbourne City set to play in the ISL next season.
  • Ivan Vukomanovic will also be able to rely on the services of Hormipam Ruivah with the  20-year-old defender joining the Indian Super League franchise after featuring for Indian Arrows.
  • Kerala Blasters FC left-back Denechandra Meitei has committed his future to the club with the 27-year-old signing a new three-year contract last month.

Hyderabad FC

  • The Indian Super League side has acquired the services of attacker Liston Colaco after agreeing upon an undisclosed fee with ATK Mohun Bagan.
  • Abdul Rabeeh AK also signs for Hyderabad FC after spending the 2020-21 season with Luca SC.
  • Goalkeeper Laxmikant Kattimani and Australian attacker Joel Chianese have also been handed one-year extensions.

SC East Bengal

  • SC East Bengal saw a lot of things go wrong last season as they struggled to play in the debut ISL campaign. With a lot of players leaving the Kolkata-based outfit, the club is yet to make any major signings in the market.
  • They are linked with a move for Rahul Bheke with the defender rumored to join them for Bengaluru FC.
  • Chinglensana Singh is another defender that could join them ahead of the upcoming season.

NorthEast United FC 

  • NorthEast United has been relatively quiet in the transfer market. Despite losing the services of  Benjamin Lambot, Luis Machado, and Ashutosh Mehta, there have been no recent updates on any potential arrivals at the club.

Jamshedpur FC

  • The Red Miners are linked to approach English international and former Liverpool attacker Daniel Sturridge.
  • They are also rumored to sign Eli Sabia from Chennaiyin FC ahead of the upcoming season.
