With Indian Super League (ISL) season 4 reaching its climax stage, Jio Studios have come up with a brand new campaign #JioFootball along with a promo video released yesterday.
#JioFootball is a follow up of last year’s ‘Jio DhanDhanaDhan’ campaign, which was the Studios’ first major campaign for Jio for promoting Indian Super League across the Indian Subcontinent.
The video features various Bollywood and cricket celebrities such as Virat Kohli (FC Goa co-owner), Ranbir Kapoor (Mumbai City FC co-owner), John Abraham (North-East United FC owner), Arjun Kapoor (FC Pune co-owner), and Jacqueline Fernandez (Delhi Dynamos’s brand ambassador.
Indian Football team captain and Bengaluru FC’s star striker Sunil Chhetri is also seen in the video along with 29 other footballers who play in ISL for their respective franchisees.
Bollywood hindi-punjabi singer and songwriter Mika Singh has lent his voice and lyrics for the energetic song “football, football, jiyo football.”
The entire campaign was produced and conceptualized by Jio Studios, a Marketing and Content wing of Reliance-owned telecom company Jio. The studio specializes in Marketing, Branding, Content, Advertising, Celebrity Content Management, Intellectual Property and Public Relations.
Jio Studios is headed by Aditya Bhat who has been in the media and entertainment industry for the last 15 years
Jio Studios is the predecessor of Aditya Bhat’s ‘Business of Ideas’, that started in 2009 and later got merged with Reliance Jio in 2015 to become ‘Jio Studios’. Bhat’s marketing and creative consulting firm specialised in marketing films, creating intellectual properties for television channels and print publications and consulting brands and CSR communications.
